When does the course run? Your kids can do the course anytime. The 6 classes are high-definition pre-recorded video classes, like a virtual drawing and painting workshop for kids, held anytime in the comfort of your own home.

How long is the course? Each of the 6 classes takes 1-2 hours to complete, which can be completed anytime within a 1 year period. There’s no need for help from a grown up so parents, enjoy some well-deserved me-time while your kids create their masterpieces.

What materials do we need? Most of the art materials can be purchased from your local art store or discount variety store:

• 2B and 6B pencil,

• eraser,

• ruler,

• drawing paper,

• watercolour paper,

• watercolour paints,

• a paint brush (soft round bristles that come to a point),

• a water container and tissue/toilet paper.

How do I access the course? Once you’ve purchased the online art classes, you’ll be emailed a PDF with login and password information. Make sure you save this. The PDF also contains the artwork references if you wish to print them out. If you lose your password just contact us and we’ll send you the PDF again.

What artworks will my kids create? Make room on the fridge because your kids will be creating the 6 masterpieces pictured above.

Who’s the teacher? Anne Smerdon is professional artist (view her works) and art teacher. She has been running the Artory art school in Kingscliff since 2015 and has hands-on experience teaching adults and children. Each art class has been tried and tested with real students so that common questions are answered and common mistakes can be avoided. Anne is renowned for taking her students to the next level without making them feel insecure or overwhelmed. Many of her students have gone on to win art prizes and sell their work.
