Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your class date.
I need to cancel our booking. Can I get credit or a refund? you’re welcome to a refund minus a $40 processing fee, if you contact us at least 7 days prior to your class date. (we get charged an ecommerce and admin processing fee every time we process an order so we can’t refund in full - sorry).
What if I cancel with less than 7 days' notice? Cancellations within 7 days of the class aren't eligible for a refund, but we're happy to offer a credit towards a future class, valid for 12 months — just get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Can I reschedule instead of cancelling? Yes — if you let us know at least 14 days before your class, we can move your booking to another available date at no extra cost.
What if we are running late? Your class is booked for a 2-hour time slot. If you or your guests are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Where our teacher's schedule allows, we'll do our best to extend the finish time to accommodate a late start but this isn't always possible, as our teachers sometimes have other classes or events to get to afterwards. In cases where the finish time can't be moved, your teacher will adjust the class activity to make the most of the time remaining.
What if Artory needs to cancel the class?
If we need to cancel (teacher illness, weather events etc), you'll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date — whichever you prefer.
